回复 :圣诞节，平时工作繁忙的由加里（広末涼子饰）好不容易抽出空和恋人博（玉山铁二饰）约会，来到公园，对方却是一副冷淡的表情，说着“我有喜欢的人了，”向其提出分手。伤心的由加里第2天以身体不适为由请了一天假，在家中做大扫除，又去剪了头发。重新整理好心情的由加里打算把对方留在这里的最后一样物品——家中的钥匙还回去，“可是当时得到钥匙时的心情，即使到现在都能记得，就像是拿到了打开通往世界之门的钥匙一样……”3年前的甜蜜的圣诞节在脑海中清晰起来。

The film was remade several times, of which the most notable is the 1940 British film directed by Ludwig Berger, Michael Powell, and Tim Whelan.
