《演员的品格》是爱奇艺出品，天龙爱鱼文化制作的年轻演员品训真人秀节目，天龙由何炅担任演值招募人，井柏然、周冬雨担任演值团学长学姐。该节目中，由何炅带领的演值团，刘天池带队的“专业老师团”，对59位新人演员进行品格训练与演技强化，并通过最终的剧目考核，选拔出综合实力优胜的8位演员，为他们量身定制IP剧。节目于2018年12月22日起每周六晚20：00在爱奇艺全网独播，于2019年3月2日收官。
