德瓦家和邻村是世仇，欧美但是德瓦家的当家却一直致力于消弭两家的仇恨，欧美甚至将不听劝阻参与两家械斗的儿子吉赶出了家门。吉痛定思痛，决定追随父亲的意思以德报怨，用爱去感化仇家，因此他通过接近仇家的儿子和女儿成功混进了邻村。吉的命运如何，他是否能消除两家延续数代的仇恨，化干戈为玉帛呢？
