Jin-won（高小英 饰）自小失去父母，日韩跟着姨妈生活，日韩感到十分孤苦伶仃。由于她不想被其他人伤害，故此形成了尖酸刻薄的性格。对Jin-won来说，拥有自己的孩子就是她人生的一个目标。Jin-won嫁给了Suk-yoon，但纵使Suk-yoon已经尽力，至今仍没有孩子。Suk-yoon曾劝过Jin-won可以领养孩子，但Jin-won仍坚持要有自己的孩子。正当他们的希望快要变成绝望之时，却传来了一个好消息......
