回复 :「吸血少女対少女フランケン」などで知られる友松直之監督が2011年に発表し、ゆうばり国際ファンタスティック映画祭でも上映されたオリジナルビデオ作品「レイプゾンビ LUST OF THE DEAD」のシリーズ完結編。劇場公開用に、DVDとしてリリースされる4作目と5作目を再編集し、高画質化や新規合成カット、新規撮影カットの追加も施されている。「死んでも残るのは食欲」という一般的なゾンビの設定を「死んでも残るのは性欲」とし、童貞オタクを除く全ての男たちが、死してもなお女性を襲う「レイプゾンビ」と化した終末世界を舞台に、ゾンビ化しなかった童貞オタクたちが築いた「アキバ帝国」と、生き残った女たちの壮絶な戦いを描いたエロティックホラーアクション。
