本片是一部关注小人物、亚洲聚焦现实的“小正大”作品。故事以曾经在90年代辉煌一时的“春天歌舞厅”为主场景，亚洲讲述了一群广州老街坊、新租客为保护经营了三十年的歌舞厅，组成了一个拉丁舞团。年轻人与老年人从最初的互相不理解，到后来的齐心协力，终于实现了深藏于心的梦想。
